For clients booking for periods of 4 weeks or more, we are able to offer special mid- term prices. These represent outstanding value and will appeal to those who have the flexible time to arrange to be away from home for longer periods.

Ideal for the retired or semi-retired  who have the enviable opportunties to take off for extended periods to escape the inhospitable northern climes and fill their lives with sunshine and warmth within another environment and culture.

Many of our villas and apartments are located within walking distance of shops and facilities and if not otherwise required, there would be no need to hire a car for your extended stay.

Pleas ask for our advice if you would prefer your accommodation to be within easy walking distance of facilities.

You may perhaps still wish to hire a car for excursions off to see some of the many interesting places of interest within nearby Andalucia.

And even beyond -  the new AVE high speed train link will have you in the centre of Madrid within just two and a half hours from Malaga!!
