The property is set within beautiful gardens adjacent to the Santa Maria Golf club in Elviria. There are a choice of swimming pools - including children pools and 24-hour security. For 2019 the middle pool is opened all year round and the other pools are open in the summer only (June, July and August). You are only a 10 minute walk from the famous Nikki Beach and a 5 minute walk from local amenities. A Quiet & tranquil location makes this the perfect base for families, couples and golfers. This is a wonderful location for that perfect holiday.
Complementary WIFI and a selection of UK internet television channels are provided.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

´´Perfect Holiday This apartment was absolutely lovely. Very spacious, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The balcony was huge with plenty of room to sit out, sunbath and dine. Lots of swimming pools to choose from and not too busy. Resee more

Lots of swimming pools to choose from and not too busy. Restaurants within walking distance, golf, adventure playground and of course the beach 5 mins drive away. The grounds were manned by security all day and night, with access codes needed to get in and out, which is great for the safety of the kids. Marbella is 10 mins drive, Puerto Banus is 20 mins away. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend to anyone.(M01)´´ 24-08-2012
