This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom 1st floor apartment (no lift) is set within the lovely Alcores complex. Situated on the upper slopes of Calahonda with panoramic sea & mountain views and within 15 minutes' walk of local bars and restaurants.
5 minutes' drive to local sandy beaches and supermarkets.
Only 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the coast.
The Alcores complex is a secure gated community with 3 large swimming pools and childrens play area set within tropical landscaped gardens.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout.
From the lounge and master bedroom there are large full length patio doors which open out onto the east facing covered terrace, perfect for outdoor living and al fresco dining.
A superb and spacious apartment - ideal for holidays for all age groups.
Complementary Internet TV and WIFI is provided.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

For this price excellent choice. I recommend to rent a car because without it is impossible. We also recommend hiking up the mountain to go above the line of apartments. You will not forget the view for the rest of your life. Doskonałe miejsce. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament. Widoki niezapomniane, mnóstwo przestrzeni, dwie sypialnie, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Nie brakuje tam dosłownie niczego i wszystko bardzo jakościowe. Duży taras, pięknie i bardzo elegancko urządzobe wnętrza. Piękna łazienka, wygodne łłóżka. W tej cenie doskonały wybór. Polecam wynająć samochód bo bez tego komunikacja jest niemożliwa. Polecamy też wejść powyżej linii zabudowy apartamentów. Widoku nie zapomnicie do końca życia". F02 -

You need a car to go shopping, go to the seato other activities / In een drukke toeristische omgeving ligt dit appartement rustig boven op de berg. Een mooi en zeer goed ingericht appartement. Alle denkbare keukenapparatuur aanwezig. Het balkon is zeer ruim. Het complex heeft 2 zwembaden voorzien van een tuin en tuinbedden. Je een auto nodig hebt om boodschappen te doen, naar de zee te gaan of andere activiteiten te ondernemen. F02 August 2016
