Situated on the upper slopes of Calahonda with panoramic sea & mountain views and within 10 minutes' walk of local bars and restaurants. 5 minutes' drive to local sandy beaches and supermarkets.
Only 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the coast.
The Las Cascadas complex is a secure gated community with 2 large swimming pools set within tropical landscaped gardens.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout.
From the lounge there are large full length patio doors which open out onto a large south facing covered terrace, perfect for outdoor living and al fresco dining.
There are 2 further terraces off two of the 3 bedrooms.
The uncovered terrace off the master bedroom with all day sun is perfect for sunbathing.
A superb and spacious family apartment - ideal for holidays for all age groups.
Internet TV and WIFI is provided.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

En definitiva estas vacaciones fueron estupendas.
Family vacation. The apartment is very good, we use a lot the terrace that is in the living room, it is perfect for dinner and have a good time after being out all day, and it was great that there were 3 bathrooms, because after the beach and Pool ended before we are five family. In short, these vacations were great. |

“Lovely apartment, great location Reviewed October 2, 2014 I would first like to say that the staff at SunCoaster holidays were an absolute pleasure to deal with, very helpful and knowledgable. This is a complex we have stayed at before. It is a very secure, well kept complex. The pools and the areas around the pools are extremely clean and maintained every day. During the summer months a lifeguard is always on duty. The location is away from the beach/town noise, so very quiet. The breeze when you are further up the hill is wonderful, we never felt hot. It's just far enough away from the noise but only 10 minute drive to the great beach at Capobino and 5 mins drive to all the main eateries. Need to be aware that there is no slip road onto the main road, which until you get used to is a bit scary. The property location is nearer to the main toll motorway, which although you have to pay to go on (4.65 Euros) was well worth it as we got to all our destinations really quickly and it was so quiet that at times we seemed to be the only car on the motorway (15 mins to Mijas, 18 mins to La Canada shopping mall, 20 mins to Benalmedina (lovely butterfly garden there). All the bedding and towels were extremely clean and of good quality. Overall, I would recommend this property and this complex. (G04)"
