Fully refurbished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex apartment within waking distance to amenities and the beach.
This lovely first floor duplex apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard offering a fully fitted open plan kitchen and stylish bathroom (with shower only, no bath).
The property is situated in the lower area of Calahonda amidst tranquil gardens yet within 5 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities. Complex Punta de Calahonda is the ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. The beautifully kept landscaped gardens feature a lovely swimming pool, which is split into 2. This two-bedroom one bathroom duplex has a west facing sunny private terrace - ideal for sunbathing, eating “al fresco” or just simply enjoying afternoon sun whilst overlooking the pool.
There is a flight of stairs to the front door and then another flight of stairs up into the apartment where you will find the lounge, kitchen and main terrace. The two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs again and both bedrooms offer a small balcony.
This property offers commentary WIFI and internet enable international TV channels and Air conditioning throughout.
This is a private gated complex and offers secure parking.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property and in this property no pets are allowed in the property or the community. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
The pool is open year round from 8am - 6 pm in the winter and 8 am - 9pm in the summer (daylight saving).
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
