Within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities making Jardines de Calahonda an ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood on-site bar, handy for enjoying a refreshing drink, a light snack or an ice cream.
This two bedroom ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Fully refurbished bathrooms (with showers only, no bath) and kitchen, with air conditioning / heating throughout.
The lounge doors fully open out providing the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. This is a unique feature of any of our properties in the Jardines area.
The lovely sunny extended west facing private terrace has direct access to the beautiful kept landscaped gardens and communal pool which is open all year round. The owners have also installed a funky outdoor bar to enjoy that G & T as the sun goes down.
The property also offers WIFI and internet enabled British TV. The perfect choice for all age groups. Wonderful!
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

This was our third visit to this apartment in August .Two weeks earlier than previous years. The property is in superb location close to facilities and some of the better beaches along this part of the coast. The accommodation is well maintained and see more
This was our third visit to this apartment in August .Two weeks earlier than previous years. The property is in superb location close to facilities and some of the better beaches along this part of the coast. The accommodation is well maintained and home from home with all the facilities you could want for. The new patio furniture since 2014 is lovely ,very welcoming and comfortable to enjoy those drinks and snacks after a hard day at the beach. Hope to be able to return again in the summer of 2016. Suncoaster staff are very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this property , management company and location to other prospective customers. Hope to visit again in 2016 M23 October 2015

"We had 8 great weeks in the apartment from Mid April this year and would not hesitate to recommend itreturn to stay again. It was very well presented with 2 good size/quality bedrooms and bathrooms. The location on the ground floor means the lounge opens out onto the sun terrace which in turn has direct access to the pool. The apartment had a fully equiped kitchen and benifited from wi-fi. It is about 10mins down to the shops which include supermarkets,bars and easy access to the beach. I would recommend Kerries for Breakfast and visit Andys beach on Sunday afternoon for great music.( M 23 Jardines Fase 1 ) ¨ 25 August 2014
