Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom and twin bedrooms and shared bathroom, both rooms have access to sunny south west facing terrace with amazing sea views.

The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre Optic WIFI and international TV channels.

This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated on the mid western borders of Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and scenic walks around the nearby Cabopino golf.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
