AVVA is a non-profit association dedicated to representing Property Management Companies, Holiday Rental Marketing Platforms and associated Service Suppliers operating under Official Regulatory Control in the holiday rental sector in Andalucia.
Currently AVVA are working to develop an “AVVA Quality Certification” that guarantees holiday rental travellers that tourist homes offered by AVVA Member Companies meet all quality and safety standards required by Government Legislation.
AVVA is also a Member of FEVITUR ( the National Association of Tourist Accommodation Associations ) and also of CEA and Costa del Sol Tourism Malaga – all associations representing the interests of accommodation providers and promoting quality for guests in the Holidays Rentals sector – nationally, regionally and locally.
