2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Beautiful apartment situated on the Calahonda hills. Bright and modern and furnished to an extremely high standard, lovely lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a sunny terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms and the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to local bar and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the beach and amenities, a perfect choice for all. Please note there are several flights of stairs to get to the main pool area. There is also another, smaller pool in the complex.

The pools are open all year around from 09:00-21:00.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
