Bright, spacious and south-facing, the apartment is ideally located for both family holidays and couples' getaways. The beach, shops, restaurants and other local amenities are all within approximately 1 km walking distance, making this a great choice for guests who prefer to enjoy their holiday without hiring a car.

The Apartment

The property features a new, modern and fully equipped kitchen, including a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, providing everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

The bright living space opens onto the terrace, creating a pleasant spot to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.

For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning for the summer months and heating for cooler periods.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and international television channels are provided.

There is also a second TV in one of the bedrooms, equipped with a Google TV Stick. Guests can simply sign in to their own accounts and enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ or Apple TV during their stay.

Swimming Pool

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, which is open all year round from dawn until dusk.

Location

With the beach and a good selection of local amenities approximately 1 km away on foot, the apartment offers a convenient location for enjoying everything Calahonda has to offer — without the need for a car.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Golf enthusiasts are particularly well catered for, with a 9-hole golf course immediately next to the community. Club hire is available, while the clubhouse features a quality restaurant and bar that is open to the public.

The nearby tennis club, located opposite the golf club, offers multiple courts for hire, as well as squash, table tennis and a gym. There is also a bar with a large terrace overlooking the tennis courts – a great spot to relax with a drink after some exercise.

The club hosts a popular Wednesday happy hour, while during the winter months there is also live music once a week.

You won't have to travel far for dining options. Dos Leones restaurant is around a 5-minute walk away, offering an extensive menu with a particular specialty in steaks.

Around a 12-minute stroll takes you to the popular "strip" on Avenida de España, where you'll find a selection of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and local tourist information.

The El Zoco complex is also well worth exploring, with a variety of restaurants and bars. The amenities of Sitio de Calahonda town centre – including banks, shops, supermarkets and cafés – are approximately 20–25 minutes away on foot.

For days by the sea, Calahonda Beach and Luna Beach are both less than 2 km away, around a 30-minute walk or just a few minutes by car. From the beaches, you can access the spectacular coastal boardwalk, offering a wonderful way to explore the beautiful Mediterranean coastline.
