This one bedroom top floor apartment with beautiful views and a private plunge pool on the terrace is located in Calahonda, just a short walk from local restaurants and supermarkets as well as the famous boardwalk and the beach.
This spacious penthouse is tastefully furnished and has a large terrace complete with outdoor furniture.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large terrace that has its own 3mx3m plunge pool! The complex is surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens, a large community swimming pool set amongst a quiet residential area.
The complex has automatic security gates.
There is complementary WIFI and internet enabled TV.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
