Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda which is cleaned to regulated requirements and is equipped with full personal protection equipment and facilities to safeguard and guarantee the health and safety of our clients and company personnel.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor, south facing apartment. This bright spacious two bedroom apartment is well furnished with a bright sunny lounge and two double bedrooms. There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV with a selection of international channels is provided.. Situated close to the beach and within walking distance of all amenities this complex has extensive lawned tropical gardens and 2 sparkling free form swimming pools.
The larger pool is open from 25th May - 11th October and the smaller pool is open from 1st May - 11th October. Opening hours vary. This property is next to the smaller pool.
An ideal location for a family holiday and only 400m to the beach!
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

The ladies at Suncoaster were helpful at every stage of the booking and we appreciated the early check inn after BA changed our flight time, I am so grateful that we could book in early, as leaving Gatwick at 6am led to a grumpy tired daughter upon landing. When she saw the pool at the apartment she instantly cheered up! June 2018. L03.
