Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda which is cleaned to regulated requirements and is equipped with full personal protection equipment and facilities to safeguard and guarantee the health and safety of our clients and company personnel.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom very bright and spacious first floor south facing apartment. A beautiful free-form pool forms the centre-piece of this popular complex. Surrounded by lovely tropical gardens Antares is a much sought after destination and is visited year after year by happy returning holiday-makers. This first floor apartment (no lift) is spacious and sunny and from the terrace offers wonderful south facing views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean. Air Conditioning and Heating is provided throughout. All Amenities are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar “just around the corner". Great choice for all age groups. This property also offers complementary WIFI and a selection of European internet TV channels (including British freeview).
Please note there is a combination of oven and microwave.

Normally the swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period - November 1st to April 30th. From May to October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is incredibly good to make many trips. Culturally as well as to different beaches and great restaurants. The stewards are just great. They take care of everything and are happy to help. The pool was terribly beautiful and the garden around it a true splendor. |
