Recently been refurbished with brand new bathrooms, we present this beautiful 2 bedroom (both with double beds), 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Situated in the lower western border of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings yet within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities, Jardines de Calahonda is an ideal holiday destination. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood on-site bar, handy for enjoying a refreshing drink, a light snack or an ice cream. This two bedroom ground floor apartment has a lovely south west facing private terrace for sunbathing, eating “al fresco” and relaxing which overlooks the beautifully kept landscaped gardens and communal pool. There is Air conditioning throughout. Perfect for summer or winter rentals. Wonderful!
WIFI & internet enabled TV (with Scandinavian & UK channels) is provided from April - August.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
